This past week I had lots of visitors and had the best time playing with them. I love making new friends!

Happy and Healthy

Happy belated Father's Day to my Daddy and to my grandfathers in Hong Kong! For some reason, Australia chose to have Father's Day on a different day than the rest of the world (why? who knows?), so we didn't really celebrate fully. Although I did wish my Daddy a Happy Father's Day and cooked him dinner, but the real celebration will come on Australian Father's Day in September.

Last week I had my 4-month immunisation shots. Ouch--they hurt! But I only cried for about 5 seconds after I felt the needles and then forgot all about it. My parents were so proud of me. I also went for a checkup on Monday and these are my current measurements:

Height: 64.5cm (80th percentile)
Weight: 6.8kg (70th percentile)
Head Circumference: 40cm (50th percentile)

When I was younger, I used to be in the 50th percentile for everything but now I'm all over the place! The nurse said I was very healthy though, which is great news!

My first vacation

I'm 6.5kg and really starting to grow! I still like to talk, will laugh more now, and love to hold my hands together.


These days I'm always sucking on my hands.

This past weekend, my parents took me up the coast to Palm Beach and we stayed at Jonah's for two nights. Here I am just hanging out in the room with Daddy.


I find my hands very interesting to look at these days.

I'm so glad it's Friday! That means I will have two whole days to spend with Daddy--I can't wait!


This week I made a new friend, Benz. At first, I didn't know what to think of him and was a bit confused.


My next reaction was to try and taste him.


As we got more acquainted, I decided to share some secrets.


And as all friends do, he shared some with me too.


Then we hugged, happy to have each made a new friend.


The next day I taught him how to dance. I led, of course, since he has two left feet!

One week later, and I am now 6.4kgs! This Friday is my 4-month birthday. I wonder if I will get any pressies from Mommy and Daddy. Hint hint!
