My first fever : (

Yikes, I'm falling behind on my updates. Daddy was away all week last week on a business trip so since he's been back, I've spent all my time with him.


I'm growing up so much and have gotten a new bath seat so I can sit up during bathtime.


It got really cold last week and I had to wear my thick coat.


I look like a flowered marshmallow.


Last Tuesday I got sick for the first time. : ( I was in such a lousy mood that I wouldn't even look at the camera.


Then the next day my fever was gone and I was all smiles again!


I love playing!


Mommy brought out the keyboard and taught me how to "tickle the ivories".


Call me Beethoven 'cuz I'm a natural!


Whew, that was tiring! Need a little rest.


Enjoying my bath in the big tub! Much more room to splash around and play with (and eat) my toys.

After my hair was done being washed, my shower cap was flipped up so that I looked like a pink peacock.


Early this week I somehow got the sniffles.


Needless to say, I was NOT in the mood for any photos.


Tuesday night after dinner, Mommy and Daddy decided I should practice sitting.


Isn't this good enough? At least I can support myself!


Ta-da! I did it! All by myself.

Last week I was given a cold teether for the first time. My first reaction with anything is to stick it in my mouth. Since I've never had anything cold before, I was dumbfounded and kept licking it, then immediately taking it out of my mouth to try and figure out where the coldness was coming from. Happy Birthday to Us!

Last Saturday I turned 7 months, and this past Tuesday was Daddy's birthday! So of course, we spent the whole weekend celebrating.

Here are my current 7 month stats:
Height: ~70cm (80%)
Weight: 8.5kg (80%)

Daddy's Day

As I mentioned in a previous entry, for some weird reason Australia celebrates Father's Day on a different day from the rest of the world. Today is the Oz Father's Day, so a big shout-out to my Daddy and Grandpas for being such great fathers and grandfathers!
